Two years ago this month, we were begrudgingly introduced to @DavidSGingras, #LauraMichelleOwens ’ newest lawyer, one in a long list of many.
Not new to legal trouble, he already came with his own criminal record, but was apparently determined to help Laura get one too.
Since March 2024, Gingras has managed the impossible: completely sink his own client.
Harassing podcasters.
Going after victims.
Picking fights with a judge.
Dropping little “tidbits” that sent the internet digging.
That digging eventually led to 14 felony charges for Laura — with possible federal bankruptcy charges still looming.
So, we would like to say thanks.
Thanks Dingus.
No one helped expose Laura Owens more than her own reckless and chaotic lawyer.

On August 29, 2023, Laura Owens filed a 64-page complaint with the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) against Clayton Echard. The ADRE opened an investigation into the matter on August 31, 2023. On September 13, 2023, Clayton Echard submitted his response to Laura's claims. In this video, Schnitzel breaks down Clayton's response on pages 63-186. Clayton's primary argument is that Laura used real estate transactions as a tool to manipulate him into a romantic relationship, creating an untenable professional environment.

Ruling in the IAH (Injunction Against Harassment) filed by con artist #LauraMichelleOwens against Rob Andrejev - Judge Lindsey Coates is upholding the original IAH already issued.
Explanation:
Laura not only requested that the IAH have the "no-contact" and "no-harassment" rules in place, but she also requested that the IAH expand its rules against Rob. Specifically, she requested that Rob pay her legal fees and wanted the Judge to refer him to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for criminal investigation for perjury (lying in his court declaration) and for stalking/aggravated harassment (continuing to post after the court order). The Judge did not incorporate those requests into the IAH. She simply upheld the original IAH.
Even though this must be disappointing for @robertandre007, I hope he remembers that she was able to get OOP/IAH orders against Greg and Clayton with virutally no evidence. She was not able to expand this IAH; Rob is still able to cover Laura's case and attend hearings, he just cannot have contact with her. Something he never did in the first place. In addition, Rob has the option to appeal this decision if he wishes to do so.

📣 The U.S. Trustee, Jennifer Giaimo has filed an objection to Laura Owens’ attorney’s limited scope appearance in her Chapter 7 bankruptcy 📣
Ms. Giaimo argues that it violates local rules and that counsel has a conflict of interest due to involvement in Owens’ paternity dispute with Clayton Echard, stating the Mr. Gingras could be called as a potential witness after Laura contended that Mr. Gingras incorrectly attributed a bank account with $450k in it as being hers.

Laura Owens’ mother Elizabeth Owens (Jan Black) attempted to reopen her mother’s closed probate case, taking her brother Guy Naylor to court. Mr. Naylor filed a motion to dismiss, and the case was dismissed without prejudice on Feb 2, 2026.

As reported earlier by @atb_research - On 1/6/25, Jan Black (mother of con artist #LauraMichelleOwens) reopened a probate case against her brother regarding their mother's estate. After over a year of filings and hearings, the case was dismissed without prejudice on 2/2/26.

🚨New Court Case involving con artist #LauraMichelleOwens🚨
A 2016 complaint was filed against defendant (Laura Owens) by Sweetnam Enterprises, Inc., on 3/14/2016 in Palm Beach County, Florida, regarding a commercial dispute related to the sale of a horse/pony. Sweetnam Enterprises alleges that Laura Owens fraudulently misrepresented a horse she sold, leading to the purchase of a horse that was not as described. Because of these alleged misrepresentations, the plaintiff claims it suffered financial harm and seeks relief under negligent misrepresentation, breach of warranty, and contract rescission. The matter was dismissed in light of a private settlement.

Scottsdale PD was called for a welfare check on 1/14/26 after someone raised concerns over Laura Owens' medium blog. Three units (four officers) showed up, talked to her, confirmed she was okay. No further action was taken.

Well, it appears @DavidSGingras is not pleased with the release of his DUI arrest bodycam footage. Schnitzel Ninja's video was reported for violating YouTube's Privacy Policy. She shared her email with our JFCx team (screenshot of her email below). FYI - privacy complaints can only be made by that person. Hmmmm, let's think about this for a moment, shall we? Looking back at David's blog on his professional website, he recently wrote a blog about a lawyer with whom he had a contentious legal battle involving mutual complaints to the Arizona Bar Association. Yet somehow David felt it was appropriate to post all seven bodycam videos of this lawyer's wife's arrest on the same blog. There was no "privacy concern" then, when it was about another person. I think that is called...wait for it...a hypocrite. Also, if you check the list of possible violations of YouTube’s privacy policy (also shown in the screenshot below), none of them apply to David’s arrest video. David, here is some advice from us to you. You can thank us later :) To avoid ending up in such a humilating situation again - consider getting help for whatever led to the reckless and illegal choice to drive under the influence (twice!). You are not only putting your own life in danger; you’re also putting others at risk. Go to rehab, get help, and stop getting arrested for DUIs, and you won't have to be embarrassed & mocked when legally obtained bodycam footage is released. #GoToRehab #DUIL #DavidGingras
