@dhlexpressuk Hi Amrick, it’s now been delivered but what annoyed me the most was that the driver clearly made no effort to deliver my parcel as I was in all day and heard nothing.Then it is incredibly hard to get anywhere on your website via mobile&the telephone menu doesn’t work when pressed

@dhlexpressuk I’ve been at home all day and I’ve just Received notification that “you weren’t in” when you’re deliver driver “attempted delivery”. Actually I don’t think they even bothered...I can’t contact anyone as your website and telephone Are both shambolic. Contact me asap

@RockerBearded @dhlexpressuk @dhluk That’s if you can even find a contact for their customer services! Their website on mobile doesn’t let you do anything and the telephone doesn’t put you through to anyone and just repeats the same menu!!!

I cannot believe how shambolic @verynetwork is when trying to get through to people. Cuts you off when you have a chance of getting through to anyone, or they put you through to the wrong person and the automated service is diabolical.

Never shopping with @verynetwork again, what an absolute shambles of a company. Getting fobbed off on twitter to use their website chat function which doesn't work and finally got through to someone on the phone to be told that a brand new pair of shoes returned weren't accepted
