A man was convicted of r*ping a 12-year-old girl in Des Moines, Iowa. Is this what Democrats want?

Just about 2 1/2 years ago, this doctor convinced my wife to have a total hysterectomy based off of MRI results and he said her uterus was destroyed by lesions, even drew a picture of her uterus and a bunch of lesions on it. In his notes and the pathology report it was stated her uterus was perfectly healthy, yet he still took it out. When we had the MRI re-looked at after the fact, there was no signs of the lesions he told my wife were there. We have a 19 minute long recording from the two week follow up where he admits to doing wrong, including withholding information and options. We had a law firm lined up and New York State Department of Health look like they were going be cracking down on him. However, shortly after he transitioned in the beginning of last year, New York State dropped the case. It took local politicians to get it reopened. Please help me share the story because hundreds of thousands of women have unnecessary hysterectomies every single year. It’s a multi billion dollar industry.

It's a shame nobody told her just to eat tons of meat and go outside in the sun. This really makes me cry. Suicide is a symptom of depression. It is not an answer. This makes me sad. I was depressed for like a 20 years as a vegetarian sugar eating. It's a shame she couldn't get the help she needed and probably none of these guys are in jail and she probably got gaslit. It's so heartbreaking. Oh my God, such a beautiful girl.

@AdaLluch This is a shocking case. My heart goes out to this young woman. Where was the treatment for her trauma ? The support and care she needed ? State suicide in the place of care is a shocking state of affairs. How can someone who is in mental anguish make a decision like this?

THIS IS INSANE Two men, who both pleaded guilty to R*PING a 15yo boy and making child p*rn, received DIFFERENT sentences from two different judges. Eric Bergstrom was sentenced to 30-50 years by Judge Derek Vaughn. Judge Rich McGowan then took over the case and sentenced co-defendant Bradley Perry to ONLY 3 YEARS for the SAME CRIME. When Judge McGowan was questioned on his decision, he stated, "I am the law." How is this justice???
