We're a open book about everything. 13% is more than we'd like to offer, it really comes down to how much it costs to fund the loans without having to resort to rehypothecation. Hopefully in future funding rates get better and we can bring that down.

@QLD_HODL @blockearner @VieldOfficial Yeah, it's pretty obscene given how pristine the collateral!! Hopefully it won't be long before property style mortgages are available, where the collateral isn't marked to market price every second, longer loan terms and MUCH better rates!!

@blockearner do you have Proof of Reserves on your lending products? If I was to use my Bitcoin as collateral using your platform I'd need public variability that it was not being rehypothecated.
