I adamantly oppose Netanyahu and Likud, but I agree, the use of “rule” here belies the NYT’s purported neutrality.

The @nytimes editors are so biased against Israel it is comical... I am no fan of Netanyahu, but he is a democratically elected leader, he doesn't "rule" he leads. could you imagine the NYT saying a president of the US "rules" the country?

I opened the Lyft app and hit Get Help to complain about a no-show charge. The Help bot issued my refund in about 1.5 seconds. THAT is a helpful Help bot!
