@dissidentwest I was once stationed in Mississipi. Rebels season tickets are 10 - 15k a year. median household income is 45k. How can the family afford those season tickets without the Brett Favre subsidy?

Are they pricing World Cup tickets at a major discount for African citizens or something?
How can so many people from countries with a per capita income of $2k afford to go to a tournament where the tickets are double their yearly salary?

Reflection of leadership and administration.
The students have said… too expensive… they don’t feel connected to the university, not heard.
I went to Richland and Chiawana high school games Fri/Sat last week.
Each had over 1,000 students in attendance.. each prolly in the 2-3K range.
Easily trumps all WSU Basketball games I’ve been too this season.
Better atmosphere too.
It’s a culture problem at Wazzu.
We are fighting for 4th in conference and have plenty to play for… there easily should be 1K students in attendance.

@IndianaBill1 @BBallSchoILL Texas would have to have to pay a buyout of over $15M and would probably need to offer at least $7M annually. Brad already makes nearly $5M and Illini would certainly go up some. Brad isn’t leaving for a worse situation anyway.
