@PurolatorHelp Wondering why my package made it as far as Port Kells, but now says "unable to deliver" for yesterday and your chatbot said it shows they need an appointment? Since when? We've never required an appointment to deliver.

@Shawhelp Outlook is continuously asking for log-in as the Shaw email server is not authorizing the request properly. No settings have been changed on my end, this began overnight.
