@michaelgeller @bcassessment Yes I did the same. Zoom would be a lot easier and more user friendly. First time they have been reasonable as well.

I spent 2 hours at lunch today telling a developer not to get upset about things, and then got upset after dealing with @bcassessment absurd appeal process. You must do it by phone with 5 people you can't see! Who does anything by phone? #ridiculous
