@aliciakearns @im_man_magic No! You cannot treat under 25’s one way for serious crimes and then ban social media and allow them to vote another way!
This dictatorship is dangerous, dishonest and needs disbanding.
English

Too many rapists are being given lenient sentences.
David Lammy is proposing an arbitrary target to reduce the number of young people in custody.
He also wants to treat under 25s like children in sentencing.
Labour want to give 16 year olds the vote, yet believe a 23-year-old rapist is too young to be held accountable for his actions.
It was shameful the Government won’t refer his sentence for being unduly lenient.
English

@aliciakearns Your are talking disgusting toxic rubbish.
You should be ashamed of using a truly heinous crime for political opportunism.
English

@witter_dad @Conservatives It’s v sad but stop being ridiculous and conflating everything 🙄
English

@Conservatives I'm Labour through and through, but will the deaths of 3 teenagers due to drowning in open water since Sunday, this video is in bad taste.
English

@martinw4565 @KemiBadenoch How is this Digital ID by back door?
English

@KemiBadenoch Which means the introduction of Digital ID by the back door.
Parents should be given the tools not a blanket ban by the government.
English

How much more evidence does Starmer need?
Teachers, parents, medical experts, even the kids themselves are warning about the effects of social media, yet Labour are dithering.
It’s time to do the right thing and raise the age limit for social media to 16.
BBC News (UK)@BBCNews
Social media as bad for young people as smoking, top doctors say bbc.in/4nSKfun
English

@KemiBadenoch @Conservatives Did you argue for this when you were in Cabinet in the Tory Government
You did nothing

@justdavenow89 @carolvorders She deserves ever bit of abuse she gets. If she can’t take it she shouldn’t give it out in the first place. It’s a tough world out there.
English

I stand with @carolvorders for the amount of abuse she gets on here from right wing idiots including wanna be mps.
keep going carol!
decent folk apperciate you :)

@WHUEastEndPride He lacks experience of the current Championship and its players … he’s not the right man for the rebuild we need
English

@feefleberry @MichaelLCrick @Wilson34David I don’t what my partner owns but I’ve got a rough idea …. If she suddenly rocked up with a £125k car out of nowhere… I’d be wondering and asking what was going on.
English

@MichaelLCrick @Wilson34David Rubbish! My husband does not know what I earn and I don’t know what he earns. He transfers money to me and that’s how our bills are paid. Same for many couples I suspect.

As a journalist has it passed you by that nearly every single game this season, Tottenham has received the most appalling referee / VAR decisions?
The team must be affected by this, they can't play with confidence
Oliver was generally ok yesterday, if you ignore the potential legal-break by Rohl on van de Ven but he wasn't at Old Trafford with Martinez rugby tackling Solanke
Too right the players should celebrate, in some shape or form
We have had one 'favourable' decision that your beloved Liverpool never forget the Diaz non-offside a couple of years ago
The anti-Tottenham agenda by officials has been building and this season has become beyond bad luck like the injury list, it should be investigated
But not from biased journalists like you, no doubt
So many inconsistencies with the cheat Gabriel swallow dive to, on Tuesday, Dilap's non-red and a clear penalty when the ball was in-play not given
A decent journalist ought to take their blinkers off
No wonder the players are relieved
As for the supporters we need to get on useless ENIC's back to highlight what is the worst consistent bias of my lifetime

Spurs fans were entitled to an outpouring after Premier League survival was secured - but the sight of players celebrating wildly after their third home league win this season just felt embarrassing. No celebrations can disguise what a shambles it's been. bbc.co.uk/sport/football…

@NiallStanage So you don’t believe in freedom of speech??
English

Players who are not expected to be sold and are still under contract will be asked to remain for one more season to help the club achieve promotion back to the Premier League.

Dear Spurs Board,
This miserable team have sucked all the joy out of West Ham being relegated.
Fewest wins in a season for 91 years.
Please sort yourselves out.

@DaveyMac1967 @henrywinter So win a trophy gives you a job for life … what about the players who won him the trophy in May and were gone in September and January?
English

@henrywinter They had Moyes who finished 7th won a European trophy and the fans weren't happy it wasn't good enough. They have gone backwards ever since so this has been coming and it serves them right 🤔
English

“World-class team in a world-class stadium?” Second-tier team in a track-and-field stadium. West Ham United relegated to the Championship at the London Stadium. Fans have every right to be angry. They turned up. But where was the real leadership in the club? Or on the pitch in recent times (Bowen apart)? No urgency in the first half against Leeds. Taty and Bowen gave brief hope. But they couldn’t rise to the equation. Spurs survive.
Many reasons for West Ham’s demise: some iffy recruitment, some below-par coach appointments (Lopetegui, Potter), defensive issues, lack of direction from board, tensions between fans and Sullivan, as well as an unsuitable stadium (fans far from pitch, rental so difficult to generate money). Record losses. And revenue will be hammered by the drop.
Who gets sold? Fernandes and Summerville will be top of many clubs’ shopping list. And the loyal Bowen? Does Nuno stay? Will the fanbase want him to? Does Kretinsky make a move to take over? Would Sullivan sell anyway? So many questions. Who can provide the answers? Who will stand up to be counted?
West Ham need a reset, a rethink, improved recruitment and better leadership - on and off the pitch. Their fans deserve better. #WHULEE #WHU
English

@henrywinter One of the worst defensive records in the league and our player of the season is the centre back who started nearly every game 🤔
English

@rogermosey @adamboultonTABB They have before but it has a huge delay but some people may like it
English

@adamboultonTABB Sky make the League Cup final available also via ITV. It’s not much to ask TNT to put it on their YouTube channel subscription-free.
English

I disagree - people who want to see it will be able to see it. Pay TV had massively increased both the range of sport covered and investment in the sport industry from the grass roots upwards.
Roger Mosey@rogermosey
Keir Starmer is right that the Champions League final should be available free to air in the UK. But this is a consequence of previous governments and his own not making the final a listed event. It’s clearly much bigger than some of the other events which are protected.
