Most “nonprofits” today stretch the 501(c)(3) rules beyond recognition—pursuing political advocacy, commercial ventures, executive enrichment, or ideological signaling that has little to do with genuine charity, education, science, or the other narrow exempt purposes in the law.

You tell me how the f**k 90% of what we call nonprofits today fall under that definition.
We have completely f**king closed our eyes to the fact that organizations, regardless of political affiliation or social interest, have fundamental commercial and probably not aligned interests with the definition of a 501(c)(3), and we've allowed them all to get away with it for far too long.
I don't think that this is a blue or red thing.
I think that this is a thing where we let these organizations make it easy to get money, to hide the money, and to do whatever the hell they want with the money, and we need to stop it.
And I think that it's an amazing opportunity right now for everyone to kind of reset the decks by cleaning all the sh*t up, and getting all of these organizations flushed, and make sure that any organization that wants to do whatever bullsh*t, nefarious things they want to do, by all means do it.
But it's not a nonprofit and you shouldn't get a charitable donation deduction, and the government should not be putting money into these sorts of things.
This is an entirely different sort of activity in the social order.
And as a libertarian, I'm all for it, but I don't think that they should be tax exempt, and I don't think they should be getting government money, and I don't think that individuals should be benefiting from giving them money.
And if we could fix all that shit up, I think a lot of these problems are going to go away.”

Serving NYSC Member Bea@ten to D+ath by Vigilantes in Benue After Being Mistaken for Motorcycle Th+ef A serving member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Ben Agir, has reportedly lost his life after being brutally assa+lted by members of a local vigilante group in Buruku Local Government Area of Benue State. Agir, who was serving in Gombe State and was said to be just weeks away from completing his service year, had returned to his hometown on a short visit when the incident occurred. According to a source, the corps member was apprehended late Sunday night by vigilante operatives who suspected him of being involved in motorcycle th+ft. He was allegedly be@ten without being given the opportunity to properly identify himself or explain his presence. The source disclosed that the as+ault continued until he became unconscious. It was only afterward that he was rushed to a hospital, where medical personnel confirmed him dead. Confirming the development, the Chairman of Buruku Local Government Council, Raymond Aondoakura, described the incident as unfortunate and avoidable. He explained that the victim was att@cked between 11 p.m. and midnight at Mbajor settlement, near the local government secretariat. The chairman stated that although Agir attempted to identify himself, one of the vigilante leaders dismissed his claims, leading others to join in the as+ault until he slipped into a coma. He further revealed that all individuals involved in the incident have been arrested and handed over to the police for prosecution. Authorities have also verified that the deceased was indeed a serving corps member. In response to the k+lling, the council has suspended vigilante activities across the area, noting that stricter measures will be introduced before such groups are allowed to operate again.
