Well Managed Highways allows councils to totally ignore two wheeled travel. That must stop!

I believe and had confirmed once that Section 58 Defence inspection don't consider cyclists enough. That was from Highways Director who has now retired.

@TransportActio2 Government was told #HS2 would cost £100bn plus at petition stage of inquiry. Also that it would take far longer than estimated. As well as the massive difficulties get it into Central London. They did want to known @stophs2 were right.

So it appears National Highways contractors are penalised for lane closures to carry out repairs. Unless their Emergency repairs! I wonder what behaviour that brings. Could it be defects are left until they become Safety Critical 🤔 @railandroad @AAPresident
