Great to open the #Slovakia-#Canada Business Forum at #Ontario Investment & Trade Centre. Almost 100 companies and entrepreneurs from both countries have joined for this first bilateral business meeting in more than 20 years. We need to make a shift to a greener and more sustainable development and that can’t be done without the involvement, innovation and leadership from the private sector in areas such as AI, biotech, renewables, energy and clean tech. Wishing today’s business forum a success in expanding our joint 🇸🇰+🇨🇦 ties!

Held a meeting with Chairman of the National Council of Slovakia Boris Kollár and Slovak parliamentarians. We discussed Slovakia's participation in the implementation of the Peace Formula and Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic aspirations. I thank Boris Kollár and the deputies of the National Council for a number of decisions in support of Ukraine, in particular, regarding the recognition of the Russian regime as terrorist and Russia as a state that supports terrorism.
