@arindam___paul Faced this today.
A big Car Dealer wanted Voice AI calling for a usecase,
After their team finished explaning requirement,I asked : do you know why this is happening?
They said No, we want to do as Dealer Principal has asked for this.
Next 15 minutes spent on educating them

Have a very strong belief that AI only accelerates what you are/already have
Eg: If you already have a very strong after sales service experience with fool proof processes, implementing AI will reduce cost and improve the experience
But if you have a shitty experience and you implement AI and automate stuff, it becomes 10x worse
Which is what I am seeing happen in many after sales service experience in India. CEO tells implement AI. Team mindlessly automates shitty experience, brings voice bots etc. And now frustrated customers are arguing and chatting with AI with no resolution
Same with any kind of cognitive work. If you are really good with fundamentals, have depth of the subject and can judge what is good/bad, AI is a superpower
But if not, you create slop. And you don’t realise it. And it keeps moving across the org till the time someone with judgement catches it. And if no one has judgement, the slop gets executed too
AI is not an equaliser. But it is only going to increase the gap between good and average significantly

We’re 17 days away from crossing $1M ARR with GojiberryAI.
It took us exactly 9 months from zero.

And I’m not even going to ask for your email.
I’ll show you:
– The exact channels we used

– How you can replicate it for your SaaS
No product talk.
No dev talk.
Just pure marketing.
Brutal. Practical. Fast.

@ravishar313 Few good friends were totally disgusted after investing 3-4 prime years in Top NGOs.
- Top leaders treat it as their retirement stint, as a privilege
- To be invited in events and Govt workshop
- not more than 20-30% of funds is actually utilized

Met a guy who had a non-profit to help women in Rajasthan.
I asked him how does he afford all the trips outside the country.
"I pay myself first and how much I need ofc"
That was a reality check. I used to think these non-profit were run by passionate people who just want to help.

start an AI agency. businesses see AI as premium and are ACTIVELY looking for ways to integrate it.
demand is growing faster than consultants and agencies handle.
the space is packed with BS but if you provide a genuine service that saves time, cuts costs, or makes more money, you win.
the beauty of software development is there are hundreds of developers who NEED work.
you find the work. pay a developer per build at first. if hard costs are $2k, charge the client $4k.
offer free pilots at the start (pay on success), build case studies, raise prices. bring on more developers. build long-term relationships and slowly become their AI partner.
run an AI agency for 3 months and spend every second progressing.
if you want the full playbook on how to start, RT and comment “agency” and i’ll send it over.

@priteshlakhani @pneucons Have seen it playing multiple times, got stuck in 2 bad CRM implementation, we delivered much more than scoped, told them to f* off on their obnoxious demands, last billed invoices never cleared by them.
One of them is an old successful IPO'd company.
English

100cr company reached out to @pneucons to handle their procurements.
Meet them over breakfast, 1st RFQ was exchanged and upon working found out they are the type of customer who wouldn’t want anyone else to make money.
In my decade old career one thing i have learned the hard way is chasing unprofitable deals for future potential rarely pays off.
If the customer squeezes you on day one, that’s the tone for the whole relationship.

@volklub @VolklubFraud Trolling is easy, build personal brand is difficult.
@volklub has invested his energy, time and expertise on cars. Any brand name comes with opportunity to make money, which he can do if wants.
@VolklubFraud : what's stopping you to build your own personal brand?
English

I will rot in hell if I have taken Rs 1 from any brand till date. Tata, VW, Skoda, Nissan & Honda. Not even a single rupee.
Till date, only Ankush Luthra an independent auto journalist gave me Rs 20,000 (I never asked) for covering Hilux event in Mohali 3 years back.
My father is here on X and he can confirm the same.
Honda is taking me to Japan because they must have seen some ROI like they are taking along top auto journalists which I don’t even know they charge something or not.
If anyone will read my recommendations closely, 7 out 10 cars are Maruti as if I am their secret agent.
I actually should focus on my web design work to actually pay the loan back as I have the tendency to take one bad financial decision after taking 9 right.
Meanwhile you can keep wasting time on me.
English

People call me jealous. Let @volklub come out and admit he runs a business and not a community for charity. He holds no responsibility for any brands and gets paid by them for fake promotion. Japan trip is sponsored by Honda. Did he mention that when promoting their cars?

If you're in B2B Sales - Pull up a chair and listen.
I didn’t close 70+ B2B clients at $50K a pop by thinking like a "closer"
I was trained through these sales doctrines.
This is the kind of book they only teach in Esoteric Sales Cults. The type that meet in Manhattan basements after 1:00AM.
Below a 40% close rate?
You quietly taken out back.
If you want to unveil the secrets, close deals effortlessly and see results on day 1
You need the forbidden DaDD™ doctrine.

If you're in B2B Sales - pull up a chair and listen.
Yesterday one of our students jumped on a discovery call with a prospect for our Advisory offer.
Prospect on the other side (older woman) tried to play dumb right out of the gate:
“So what do you guys do… you just book meetings?”
Classic... but he didn’t flinch.
He’d devoured our DaDD™ document and went straight into due diligence mode. (Discovery as Due Diligence™)
No enthusiasm. No “we’re confident we can crush this.”
We don’t sell in discovery.
He flipped it immediately:
“Let me ask you a question…”
Then he dug into their middle and bottom of funnel.
"How many channels do you currently have generating qualified opportunties and demand?"
“How are you processing the interest that’s already coming in?”
Continue with a series of questions to dig vertically into their sales processes. He spent 10 minutes having her walk him through the entire MOF/BOF process until a conversion event occurs.
Once he was happy with the info, he then answered her question:
“Perfect. What we do is install a demand channel at the top of your funnel - and then pour that qualified interest into the exact process you already have converting at roughly X%.
In other words, the same end to end system you just walked me through is what we’re pouring interest into.
As long as that process exists and can handle qualified demand, there’s absolutely no reason you shouldn’t see the same outcomes you already benchmark internally.”
Prospects response?
“That makes complete sense.”
Call went smooth from there.
If discovery calls ever feel shaky or you get hit with “so what do you guys do?”...
