@IndiGo6E Why do allow third party booking if u can't help when customer makes a mistake. For a simple Incorrect name change that too a letter u r asking me to cancel booking and book again.

@SBICard_Connect @TheOfficialSBI Spoke to Vishal Pal Senior Manager he finally accepted it's and international transaction and should not have gone through. Further acknowledged four transaction were done two were declined as there was no balance? I have recorded that. What now?

Domestic transaction turned off u rejected it. In both case 3dd transaction than how can u make customer liable. When your system failed and u could not detect.
