Superior sinus venosus type ASD in a 76Y patient, who underwent TTE with a diagnosis of ostial secundum type ASD. This case shows us two things: the importance of the esophagus in cases of dilatation of the VR, and care in the analysis of the interatrial septum. In this case, the PFO must have led to a diagnostic error.
