@dr_benoy_n_shah There's a good saying that if it ain't broke, don't fix it! A pericardiocentesis is not pleasant to have, has a risk of infection and the fluid (causing no issues for 18months) may build up again. ? a F/U appointment in 2 yrs, ensuring the patient is aware of tamponade symptoms.

Normal BP. No markers of compromise / tamponade. No explanation for effusion. Constitutionally well. Would you do a pericardiocentesis to get a diagnosis? Or leave well alone! Vote below!
