@MiltonErnesto @PaolaCalderon08 De hecho si se puede, normalmente esos premios se otorgan colocando en las condiciones por escrito que sigues trabajando para la empresa al momento del cobro del premio o salvo que tu separación sea al llegar tu retiro.

@PaolaCalderon08 Si denuncia a la empresa por qué si fue en la posada lo tratarán de hacer deducible de impuestos el premio en hacienda y en secretaría de del trabajo tmb ya que fue un beneficio otorgado dentro del tiempo trabajado no te lo pueden quitar después de firmar...

Me gané un resort de 3 días y 2 noches todo incluido en la fiesta de Navidad de la empresa, válido de abril a septiembre 2026. Hice mi reserva para el 25 de abril y cuando llegué me dicen que estaba cancelada. Llamo a la empresa a reclamar y la respuesta fue que como renuncié en febrero, ya no aplicaba para disfrutar el premio. Curioso cómo algo que te ganas deja de ser tuyo dependiendo de si sigues siendo “útil”. Aprendí la leccion a la mala. Se puede hacer algo al respecto?

@PaolaCalderon08 En teoría es un premio, si al firmar las condiciones del premio indica que tendrias que estar trabajando al momento de cobrarlo entonces la empresa esta en lo correcto, esta en función de cómo está estructurada la entrega del mismo, normalmente así se entrega.

Now for XLR update: I smelled fumes before takeoff on both legs so that is still an issue on Airbus, the bathroom situation is ridiculous (1 in front & 3 in the back of coach) so we’re constantly moving carts to let people pass by, tight galley, trash management is difficult, crew rest seats are a joke, first class is so tight you can’t pass anyone in the aisle, premium economy/ coach meal trays are tiny so you’re stacking everything and it’s falling off… shall I keep going? It’s not flight attendant friendly. Hard to work, especially in first class where you’re dealing with the entertainment screens that have to be pushed aside every time you serve someone.
