I'm sorry for all the spam, as an artist I am very against generative AI and have no problems voicing my distaste for it. From now I will be blocking anyone tryna argue with me in the comments and will go back to working on my commissions <3

@Marcodmeatball I love lookin at night city so much, I'm always a bit sad that autodrive is so janky (even though it's funny) because I sometimes want to turn it on and just look at the scenery but then it pancakes 3 civilians and my peaceful moment turns into a maxtac shootout 🥲

it does really have a charm. In bleak, smoggy, constrictive sort of way.

I put my tablet pen away yesterday like normal and when I took it out the day after the tip was gone, idk where it went or how but I couldn't find it anywhere guess even ghosts are so annoyed by gen AI they wanna draw now

@linkkling I have to overthink game screenshots now because people keep putting them through the slop machine and saying they "edited" it, idk if it can get any more ridiculous but I'll probably be proven wrong

i hate that as of the last couple years we now have to always have an "is this ai?" filter in our brains whenever we see any art online it used to be so simple, you just saw good art and you reposted it. but now there's so many fakes and impostors going around for NO good reason

@CrystalStance happens on reddit too, whenever gen AI comes up on the worldbuilding subreddit there's suddenly tons of people saying how they use it all the time and they aren't ashamed of it which if that was actually true they probably wouldn't be spamming every random thread

Is it just me or is any post you make about GenAI being bad being bombarded with 'GenAI-lovers' whose arguments don't even make any sense at all. Their arguments are the same as saying: "oh hey, I don't have money, so let's rob the bank and steal money from people who worked hard to get it"

the algorithm doesn’t like it when you rt or reply too much, @ at people, post too much, post too little, tag too much or not enough (search function is bad anyway), doubly so if you’re small account (as if that was a bad thing?) why do we even call it social media anymore

@MaxxTrapp pretty fitting for demons, specially when you're ripping out their souls to shoot at the bad guys, I'd be petty and causing trouble too xD

while I'm progressing (slowly) on this years tennocon showcase submission I figured I'd toss last years here this was like the 10th captura edit I made, was really flyin blind back then but I still think it's cool #warframe #warframecaptura

I'm so bad at looking for new music, I know there's other bands that I'd like but I never get myself to listen to them more than once >.> also I keep finding bands I would like but they have gen AI crap as album art, but that's a different issue

@numasedi_vp yep, people mostly know what to look for to pick out fully generated images, but it's harder to pick out a screenshot with some gen AI thrown on top if it isn't blatantly obvious, so it just flies under the radar and those people benefit over everyone else

I have discovered that some people with a large Virtual Photography following use AI enhanced... Just sad.

@MalakaiLazuli they gotta act like it's some big thing everyone is doing to try to discourage everyone else that's why they all repeat "in a few years this" "it's inevitable that", but public vocal pushback ruins that illusion they gotta sell, so they get even more desperate

It's funny how AI bros will constantly act like everybody is on board with their hype, when in reality THEY are the "loud minority". Once again- Fuck AI.🖕🏿

@Remedyne I still feel like the whole operator/drifter visual rework was a step backward, I only just got my drifter to an ok look after the last update with more faces, but neither are close to what I had before cuz those faces are just gone + all the bugs, makes the old look preferable

There's a bug I wanna complain about. Despite multiple reports DE still hasn't even acknowledged it for reasons beyond my understanding. It's the same for all operators, not just mine. And it's the sole reason I forced him to wear a mask permanently. Give my child his face back.
