Couple of issues with Steve here. He was combative with TN fans on VQ last night based around whether or not the Vols outspending OSU was why DGG was going to end up at TN...
Why is this a surprise? It's been well-known TN was going to make this the ultimate priority. We've known they were going to spend more than OSU the entire time. It's been openly talked about. Why is this news to one of the top recruiting guys?
