@shahahmed What was the delta on what you paid vs. what you would have paid without doing that??

I bought a used rav4 recently by using Toyotas certified used site which didn’t have appropriate filters / sort. Used fable to scrape endpoints, aggregate across dealers and calculate “best deal” against msrp. So much of that data wasn’t rendered on the original Toyota site

btw this is a good example of what i meant with "reflexively" reaching for AI. You tinker with AI for a while, and you just reach for this. This was an obvious thing to try when I saw I needed to use windows and was on my mac. You want to train your brain on this intuition.

@kevin__mak BTW keep an eye on Delix as a tail risk. If the "no-trip" psychedelics (same MOA) prove effective and safe enough for at home use, all the of these companies are in trouble.

Yeah I mean to be fair if I had to choose one myself I'd go for psilocybin over DMT (these things kind of scare me) and it's possible that patient choice will drive share towards COMP. It's also possible the margin to the administrator will be higher for the COMP drug such that the economics are preferable to the clinic. I didn't get that sense from my conversations, but a lot less was known then and I haven't kept up closely. GL

@alphaporgs @kevin__mak that you should own definium is not a logical extension of what I said. You sound personally offended. Good luck!

@Vulpescap @kevin__mak So, they own Definium with a 10 hr trip instead? Compass can play the same game as Definium and say they can start discharging patients at 3 hrs. 5 Meo-DMT has severe reactivation risk. There is also a lawsuit coming from former trial patients of a 5 Meo-DMT trial.

@Vulpescap I guess he could argue he’s always travelling etc. Yes, the first one needs a line between imo. Albeit, the number one is actually quite fun. So thanks for posting 👍

@richtrades100 The one that asks you where you are and what day it is? You’re right first question (connect the dots and copy the cube) is too confusing

@Vulpescap Its really bad user experience the first box. Should really have a line separating the cube and the number/letter path. Also, the last question…is the hardest 😵‍💫😂

@aggregategains Oh I thought you were implying that they’d be looking for work because a buyout is afoot

@AaronRosenblum5 @han_seoul_ohno What makes you say it was bad beyond the outlier? Patient didn't respond yes, but if you put them at zero, then the mean was still 19% correction which I think is 1) pretty good for the low dose cohort and 2) meaningfully better than 5mg single dose

@han_seoul_ohno I get the trade but the 5mg data was really bad and not just the outlier. Small n goes both ways and sad could have been lucky just as much as 5mg mad was unlucky. Fact they only showed patient level data when headline was shit is kinda a 🚩.

Well worth a read, personally I’ve been liking $PEPG as a small pos into the readout Ordinarily excluding a patient from analysis is shitco behaviour - but in this case I think the patient response was an outlier. Ultimately low n is an issue… but the px it’s at here is bonkers when you look at comparative co’s from a R/R perspective
WaveStrum Life Sciences@medstudentinvst

Sharing some of my diligence regarding $PEPG, which helps explain why I remain quite bullish into the 10mg / kg MAD readout. I may share more if I have time to get the rest into a distributable format and think it adds something. The headline takeaway is twofold. One, I think the outlier in the 5mg / kg MAD has little bearing on its chances of EDODM1 continuing to show best in disease efficacy in the higher MAD cohorts like it showed it in the SAD cohorts. Two, I think the EDO51 safety data and how it has tracked with EDODM1 substantially increases the likelihood there will be no SAEs at the 10mg / kg MAD dose for EDODM1, and EDODM1 will deliver a strong and commercially competitive safety profile. $PEPG is a one drug company, early stage, and the most advanced drug in its class. So, efficacy and safety risks will always exist and can never be fully ruled out. If EDODM1 fails, it's over and the stock will be crushed, albeit perhaps some value can still be extracted from the remaining cash balance given the heavy institutional ownership and sway over management. This remains a very risky investment. However, if it's successful, I would say that it is at least a 10x return from current levels, possibly a good bit more, especially with a buyout premium, and I think the probability of a strong 10mg / kg MAD make the company highly compelling at currently trading levels if position is appropriately sized. @lfholt @CloisterRes I am speaking whatever truths I hold dear. USA/Canada dual cit here but the latter doesn’t block me from working in biotech or speaking my truths unlike you might expect from reading the easily disprovable OP 😂

Every year, I post something similar, but we really are blessed to live in America. Where else can someone's lineage on one side read "sharecropper -> factory worker -> dentist -> biotech executive" and on the other side "refugee -> farmer -> nurse -> biotech executive"? No where else in the world can you achieve such upward mobility (if you desire it). No where else in the world can you be truly free, to practice whatever religion you want, hold whatever political views you want, or speak whatever truths you hold dear. No where else in the world can you truly become one of "them", no matter how hard you try to integrate. America is, undoubtedly, the greatest there ever was, and the greatest there ever will be. Our manifest destiny was to spread from sea to shining sea, and once that was done, to the moon, and now, to the reaches of technological wonders impossible to fathom even a decade ago. What a privilege to receive such an inheritance!
