If you can afford the meal but choose not to tip reasonably, you’re shifting the true cost of service onto the workers who made your experience possible. You can blame the restaurant for not paying them enough, but the end of the day though the workers aren’t the ones setting the menu prices or wages, they’re the ones relying on your gratuity for a livable income. You know when you've never driven a car before and then you scrape money together for an old shitty vehicle but you think it's in pretty good condition because you have never driven another car? I remember that feeling. Mine was a VW golf and the engine didn't even fire from one of the cylinders. The salesman told me it had been reworked and was as good as new. I didn't know it wasn't, I had no point of reference. Now this isn't about the physical "driving" sensation, that was enjoyable enough despite the wear and tear. But the reliability and soul of the vehicle was expended, it went through numerous breakdowns. One day you will think back on this analogy. None the less I wish you both well.

My wife was formerly promiscuous. I was a virgin. She was then radically born-again. Committed to church, evangelized constantly, Puritan books in her bedroom, prayer journals, grief over past sexual sin, etc. We got to know each other well for over a year, dated for four months, engaged for two and a half, and didn't sin sexually with one another. We're far too quick to forget the story of the woman labeled as a known "sinner" (likely a prostitute) in Luke 7:36-50 who was washing Jesus' feet with her tears while kissing them too. The Pharisees were shocked that Jesus let a public sinner do this. Jesus responded with a parable about debts being forgiven and ended with this powerful conclusion: "Her many sins have been forgiven; that’s why she loved much. But the one who is forgiven little, loves little" (Luke 7:47). Everyone seems to highlight the benefits of virginity, and it certainly is a blessing. But we forget to highlight the benefits of being forgiven much as well. My wife knows the depths of Jesus' forgiveness more than most people, enabling her to more easily live out a life of passionate love for her Savior. A woman or man's past sexual sin matters. But what matters far more when it comes to deciding who to marry is if the person is truly born again, if their repentance is real, if they truly have a heart for Christ, if they truly follow Jesus and obey his commands. "God has chosen what is foolish in the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen what is weak in the world to shame the strong. God has chosen what is insignificant and despised in the world ​— ​what is viewed as nothing ​— ​to bring to nothing what is viewed as something, so that no one may boast in his presence. It is from him that you are in Christ Jesus, who became wisdom from God for us ​— ​our righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, — in order that, as it is written: 'Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.'" (1 Cor. 1:27-31) "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!" (2 Cor. 5:17)

@Nehmoe_ @Mythic_0 The anti cheat doesn’t work. I’ve ran into 3 of the same cheaters this past week that were blatant af. I’m on a 5080 + Ryzen 9950x3d. I refuse to play until they fix the fps issue

@Mythic_0 They dont have a functioning anticheat. Its all based off of reports. If they started using anti cheat that would be a massive announcement.

This patch my fps in vaxta stays between 240-300. I used to be able to get 600 in vaxta with no issues. My GPU, CPU, and memory usage are not even close to bottlenecking. from all low settings with 50% render scale, to 200% nothing changes. Overwatch PLEASE fix the performance

@owquartz Last patch definitely hurt fps. This latest patch is somehow worse. I’m on 5080 and ryzen 9 9959x3d and my frames are dropping to 250 and stuck around 300 instead of 600

It’s not just in California though to be fair.. it’s worldwide. The ability to apologize and move on when you’re wrong almost seems nonexistent now. We’ve come a long way as a civilization and live in a beautiful country, yet we’re constantly against each other. Instead of helping one another, it really does feels like we’re stuck in a constant cycle of chaos and negative energy and it cannot be cured

@StumpyGoblin Imagine quantifying the difficulty of your game by how many people a pro can beat. Jynzxi scored a goal against a “pro” in 12 tries. Rocket league is hard because it has a non-transferable skill set, fps are harder because people been training their whole life. RL brain Andy LOL

You're completely ignorant and/or uninformed if you think OVERWATCH has a higher skill gap than Rocket League 🤣 it's not even the highest skill FPS game... Put 7 amateurs against 1 pro in OW and the pro WILL lose. A RETIRED pro beat 7 amateurs in RL. It's not even close 😅
