Most brand deals on X are paying for bots. The merchant has no idea. The platform doesn't care. The creator who gamed it gets paid anyway. We built Magverse to fix this. 🧵

Seedance 2.0 is insane for stop motion animation. Really enjoying this tactile style. Here's a clip from an upcoming short i'm working on using @runwayml Stop Motion Prompt: Handcrafted stylized stop-motion aesthetic. Miniature practical set look with tactile materials, carved textures, subtle fingerprints and fabric imperfections. Animation on 2’s only (movement updates every 2 frames at 24fps). Snappy expressive posing, strong silhouette readability, stylized facial animation, slightly imperfect handcrafted motion. Cinematic depth of field. Warm magical lighting mixed with cool bioluminescent ambience. No motion blur. Emotional, whimsical, cautious tone. #seedance2 #madewithrunway

#higgsfield @higgsfield_ai

A new experiment with Seedance 2.0 on @mitte_ai : FACS. For this videos, I only used FACS codes in the prompt. I didn’t describe the facial expressions in plain language at all. FACS (Facial Action Coding System) is a system for describing facial expressions using individual muscle movements called Action Units (AUs), instead of general emotion labels like “happy” or “sad.” It breaks the face into controllable components such as brow movement, eyelid tension, lip movement and cheek activation. Even though it didn’t follow all 14 Action Units perfectly, it still interpreted most of them surprisingly well. I think this could become especially useful for subtle facial acting, forced smiles, uncanny expressions, mixed emotions and micro-performance details during close-up dialogue shots. You can check the prompt for first 15s, a list of FACS codes generated with GPT Image 2 in the replies.

Institutional finance is built on a verification problem that has never been solved cleanly. When two counterparties settle, neither can fully verify the other's position without either trusting an intermediary or exposing sensitive data. The entire architecture of modern financial infrastructure, central counterparties, correspondent banks, prime brokers, custodians, clearing houses, exists because of this single structural problem. Verification requires either disclosure or trust in a third party who has already done the verification. There has not been a third option. Until zero-knowledge proofs. A ZK proof is a cryptographic mechanism that allows one party to prove the truth of a statement to another party without revealing any information beyond the truth of the statement itself. In isolation that sounds academic. In the context of institutional finance it is one of the most significant structural changes in settlement infrastructure in decades. An institution can prove that a transaction occurred, that a balance exists, that a regulatory threshold has been met, without showing the counterparty, the auditor, or the public ledger what the underlying position is, who the counterparty is, or what the transaction contained. This is not a feature of @zksync's Prividium. It is the foundation. Transaction execution and data remain entirely offchain within institution-controlled environments. Zero-knowledge proofs of that execution are generated and posted to Ethereum, providing cryptographic finality that any counterparty can verify independently without accessing the underlying data. Regulators and auditors receive selective disclosure precisely calibrated to their verification requirements, nothing more. No trusted operator is required to intermediate the verification. No central counterparty stands between the settling institutions. The cryptographic proof performs the function that intermediaries have always performed, without the cost, latency, or dependency that intermediaries introduce. The institutions choosing this architecture are not taking a technology position. They are making a rational infrastructure decision grounded in what their compliance, legal, and operations requirements actually demand. Eugene Ludwig served as the 27th U.S. Comptroller of the Currency. His career was spent inside the regulatory and operational reality of American banking at the highest level. He founded Cari Network on ZKsync and brought five U.S. regional banks representing over $600B in combined deposits. Deutsche Bank built its own ZK Chain on ZK Stack. BitGo integrated institutional custody directly with Prividium. ADI Chain is live with First Abu Dhabi Bank. More than 35 institutions are in active evaluation across the network. These institutions run compliance and infrastructure due diligence that is among the most rigorous in any industry. The fact that they are arriving at ZK-based infrastructure independently and specifically is a signal about the architecture, not about market sentiment. From here the network compounds. Each new institution multiplies settlement corridors rather than adding them linearly. 10 institutions create 45 possible connections. 100 creates nearly 5,000. This is the same compounding dynamic that built SWIFT from 239 member banks to over 11,000 and transformed Visa from a regional card network into the underlying layer of global consumer payments. $ZK is the only native asset of the ZKsync network. Fixed supply of 21 billion. No inflation. As the governance token, $ZK holders control protocol upgrades, fee structures, and network-level economic parameters through a three-body model: the Token Assembly for holder voting, the Security Council for technical review of upgrades, and the Guardians as emergency safeguard. $ZK is also the native gas token for ZKsync Gateway, the settlement layer that bundles all ZKsync chain transactions and Prividium zone flows before posting to Ethereum L1. The stem-cell design means economic function expands through governance as the network matures. The trusted intermediary model worked for decades because there was no alternative for verification that didn't require disclosure. Zero-knowledge proofs are that alternative. The institutions arriving at Prividium are not early adopters making a speculative infrastructure bet. They are operators who understand the verification problem deeply and have found the architecture that solves it without asking them to compromise on anything they cannot compromise on.

There's a design philosophy embedded in how $ZK was structured that doesn't get explained clearly enough in most coverage of ZKsync. Most network tokens are defined at launch. The economic model is established, the fee mechanisms are live, the tokenomics are fully specified, because the project needs to signal value immediately to attract capital and participants. The economic function and the governance function launch together and the relationship between them is fixed from the start. $ZK was built differently. Fixed supply of 21 billion with no inflation mechanism. But the more significant architectural choice was separating the launch of governance capability from the launch of economic function. $ZK launched with full governance functionality operational and economic mechanics deliberately left open for the network to determine through its own governance process over time. The team described this as a stem-cell design: the token has the capacity to grow into any economic model the network decides is appropriate, but that decision belongs to governance, not to the founding team's assumptions at launch. The implication is that the asset's economic role is designed to be proportional to the network's actual activity rather than priced against a projected future state. The governance infrastructure supporting this is substantive. The Token Assembly handles holder voting on protocol upgrades, fee structures, and economic parameters. The Security Council conducts technical review of upgrade proposals before they can be implemented. The Guardians serve as an emergency safeguard layer. Three distinct bodies with separate mandates and separate authorities, structured so that consequential network decisions require coordination across independent checks rather than unilateral action by any single actor. For institutions building settlement infrastructure on @zksync, this governance structure matters practically. Regulated financial institutions need confidence that the network-level rules they depend on cannot change arbitrarily. The three-body model is designed to make network governance auditable and procedurally consistent, which is a different kind of trust infrastructure than technical decentralization alone provides. The economic function is being constructed in parallel with the institutional adoption. $ZK is the native gas token for ZKsync Gateway, the settlement layer that aggregates all ZKsync Network transactions before posting to Ethereum L1. As Prividium activity grows across institutions like Cari Network's five U.S. regional banks, ADI Chain's deployment with First Abu Dhabi Bank, Deutsche Bank's Memento ZK Chain, and the 35+ institutions currently in active evaluation, Gateway settlement volume grows with it. Protocol fee provisions are already embedded in the commercial architecture of institutional Prividium contracts. The on-chain mechanism for routing those fees through governance-defined structures is in active development. ZKnomics proposals outlining the full framework are currently under community review. The design logic here is sequential and deliberate. Build the governance legitimacy first. Build the institutional network activity second. Define the economic model through the governance process once the network has real activity to design around. It is an unusual approach precisely because it requires patience from everyone involved. But the sequence reflects a considered view about what kind of asset $ZK is meant to be: not a speculative instrument priced against assumptions, but a coordination and governance layer whose role compounds as the infrastructure it governs compounds beneath it. One network. One native asset. Built to grow into its role rather than assert it prematurely.
