A doctor named Aryan Toosi from the Mercy Gilbert Medical Center in Maricopa County Arizona declared a toddler dead who was still breathing! The deputy on scene pointed out to the Dr Toosi that the boy was breathing and Toosi responded, “Please do your thing and let me do my thing, I went to medical school for a reason.” When the deputy heard the boy breath again, he attempted to alert the nurse and the nurse stated the boy was dead but the breathe was “agonal breathing” and explained it was “due to compressions, oxygen, and possible pressure applied by family members while saying goodbye.” More than four hours later, when the medical examiner’s team arrived to the morgue to retrieve the boy, “he was found breathing,” the deputy’s report states.
