Christ was not *ontologically* forsaken at the cross, since the Trinity cannot be ruptured. Yet the person of Christ was *judicially* forsaken according to his human nature. This classical articulation avoids both Nestorianism and any reduction of the atonement to mere feeling.

@theweeflea @HumzaYousaf @JohnCleese If these verses are being pulled out of context, why do some Muslims pull them out of context? Don't they have a good education in how to interpret the Qur'an? Or are they intentionally abusing the Qur'an?
