#AskUniversal I have booked a couple of nights at Helios Grand Hotel in May. How do I buy the preview tickets for Epic Universe before they sell out?

@GazCrawf They told me that I have to get the tickets from the lobby with my room key after check-in and there is no guarantee that they will be available

It left Reading at 11:01 and is due to arrive at London Paddington at 11:40. Why the lie?

@GWRHelp your pinned notice says that no trains will run between Reading and Paddington before 11:15 and that people should not travel if not necessary. I cancelled my booked train journey and hotel because of this but the train I was booked in is currently en route!

@thetrainline I managed to buy it on Great Western Railway’s site so I’ll just delete the Trainline app. Thanks for looking into it for me

@WDWKidani I've just checked the website and the app and there were no errors that showed and I was able to proceed to the payment screen, I'd recommend trying to make the booking on the website if you've already reinstalled the app. Thanks Craig

@CrossCountryUK The train I booked is due to depart at 07:06 and arrive at 09:15. When I access my ticket and check the stops, it shows that my train gets to Newton Abbot at 08:04 and arrives at Bristol at 09:32 Which one is right? I don’t want to wait at NTA for an hour if my train leaves at 8
