A reminder that Wikileaks released Vault 7 in 2017. Part of that was something called Marble Framework. A CIA tool that can add languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Korean and Farsi to malware, as part of the agency's anti-forensic effort. This would allow them to hack systems and then leave breadcrumbs that make it look like it was a foreign actor.
