This is beyond a joke - TWO YEARS- not even a letter to say ‘Hello, we still realise you are waiting but….’ - come on!

@RishiSunak I cannot wait for an election - how is it flipping possible that I make a referral for my daughter to get support when she was EIGHT and nearly TWO YEARS later she is still waiting to even be acknowledged let alone get an appointment to see someone?!
