Travelled @GWRHelp first class on Saturday (17/01), from Worcester Forgate Street to Worcestershire Parkway, and the staff were lovely. Train was in reverse formation, so they were very friendly making sure people knew they were in First Class, and then offered me... (1/2)

Also getting off a train onto track level is quite difficult! Once again, thanks to the brilliant driver, guard and all the emergency services for helping us detrain from 2P97, they are an absolute credit to the @WestMidRailway team!

Just been detrained outside King’s Norton after a tree damaged OHLE at University. Well done to the brilliant guard and driver who ensured we were kept informed. Everything was handled brilliantly, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their help during the process!
