@nxwestmidlands I used your bus service yesterday and have been charged £13.40 overnight, I travel paying by contactless so should have qualified for the day ticket price of £5.20. Fab you advise why o was over charged and arrange a refund

@nationalexpress can you confirm if your service from Bristol airport at 0157 (26/01) to Exeter honiton Road was actually running? My daughter’s flight was delayed and booked a seat. Waited an hour and it didn’t turn up. Ended up having to take a taxi at great expense.

@nationalexpress do you no longer accept Monzo as payment on buses? My Monzo was accepted in the morning commute & not in the evening commute so I ended up paying more on a separate card instead of my Monzo being capped to a day saver. It didn't work this morning either.

@nxwestmidlands I can’t dm you so here is my question!! How has my 11yo been charged so much to get to and from school? Those are the only journeys made and has been charged £3 on 6th for one journey (back was made on a diamond bus as shown) and £5.20!!!!! on 7th for 2 journeys! What is going on?!
