Good call. Turn your careful thinking all the way up for every new piece of evidence this year. Disinformation agents will almost certainly drop "declassified" documents that they can later reveal to be bogus as a way of delegitimizing real information
Beatriz Villarroel@DrBeaVillarroel

Good news: A serious push toward transparency on the UFO and NHI question is underway. At the same time, we should expect increased activity from disinformation actors and efforts aimed at slowing or undermining that progress. The next few months may well feel like a circus.

As most in the UAP community are well aware, AARO has been extremely unhelpful. We like @SenGillibrand, but she should have recognized this by now Congress should pursue disclosure with its own dedicated committees, and those committees should have subpoena power
The Good Trouble Show with Matt Ford@GoodTroubleShow

🚨BREAKING: Senator Gillibrand on Trump's UAP order — "There is still more to be done." Congress isn't done pushing. Neither are we. We would not be here without @SenGillibrand and the lawmakers who refused to let this die in committee. #UAP #UFO #Disclosure #Congress #TheGoodTroubleShow

Happy to hear a sitting president talk about UFOs at all. We don't expect to see much actually declassified, but more attention and transparency on UAP would be great. It's not disclosure yet, but it's a win!

happy to see back and forth science on the exciting VASCO work. this is the process of enlightenment!
Beatriz Villarroel@DrBeaVillarroel

New paper from VASCO :) arxiv.org/pdf/2602.15171 We have posted a response on arXiv to the critique by Watters et al. (2026). Their analysis relies on a heterogeneous dataset reduced by 95% — a small sample lacking essential time and date information and originally constructed for a different scientific purpose (the search for a true vanishing star). Our reply addresses the resulting loss of statistical power and the methodological consequences. The transients remain on the plate.

@MickWest @Oswald1160 @PhilipSaulter Oh yes, @MickWest. See the lateral motion in these features? You also can’t simply ignore the ultra-precise data (MGRS) that you don’t like/disproves your theory. You can’t ignore the trajectory shift, either. Nor can you ignore that track drops on RATE G in the first clip.

Some clarification of the concept of the LIZ UFOs do not remain in the Low Information Zone because they are unidentified. The relationship runs in one direction: objects are unidentified because they are observed only under low-information conditions. There is nothing that physically prevents an object from leaving the LIZ, or from improved sensors and investigation pushing the boundary of the LIZ outward. If genuinely anomalous craft existed, we would expect at least some cases to persist under higher-information scrutiny. What we observe instead is that, across decades of improved sensors, data collection, and investigation, objects that emerge from the LIZ consistently resolve into mundane explanations: aircraft, birds, balloons, and optical artifacts. That pattern is the point of the LIZ concept. It is not a definitional trick or a circular argument; it is an evidential claim. The continued confinement of purported non-human craft to low-information observations is evidence against their existence, not a consequence of how we label them. It would indeed be a tautology to say that an identified alien spacecraft would no longer be a UFO because it had been identified, but that is not the argument being made. The argument is an inference to the best explanation: if non-human craft were present, we would expect some high-information, non-mundane cases to survive scrutiny. The persistent absence of such cases strongly disfavors the hypothesis that NHI craft are present at all.

Mick, I will indulge you in this improvisation act, which you continue to perform in public, in writing, apparently impervious to humiliation. For that I salute you, but I must decline to mirror your behavior, as I was raised with the values of self respect and dignity. So do not misread me into thinking I believe this act you’re putting on in pretending to be an imbecile. I’m not @MvonRen and find no pleasure in being played into years of frivolous technical squabbles over individual video clips. I’m not one of these adolescent “UFO researchers” who indulges in this topic with the seriousness one does with Japanese anime porn. I am someone who understands institutional behavior in both the private and public sectors, has handled classified information, commanded soldiers, and whose career has not been glamorous or distinguished, but yet marked by the repetitive task of identifying stupidity and correcting it. I’m involved in this topic because of the serious constitutional and governance failures that attend it. I have little interest in the dilettantish blog posts you smatter across the internet as though you’ve averted a scandal, when no one near the levers of power even knows of your existence. If they do, they view roughly as an older man with undiagnosed neurodivergence, obsessed with his train set. “Incredibly stupid” in this case, was meant to mean tautology, or circular reasoning. You’re saying UFOs are unidentified because they exist in the Low Information Zone, and they exist in the Low Information Zone because they’re unidentified. That’s called a circular argument, and it’s what breaks a 3-statement financial model in excel. In other words, “incredibly stupid”. But I realize you don’t believe this, Mick. Because imbeciles do not create airtight systems of manipulative rhetoric to appear serious to casual X users. I’m genuinely unsure why you’re doing this. Because I’m an adult, I don’t accuse random people on the internet of being “disinformation agents” because they say nonsensical things. Does that clarify things for you?

New Year's Eve in Dubai. There aren't accidental UFO sightings. Craft fly bys are seen during live broadcasts because Galactic Federation knows where the cameras are, they want to be seen, and they want us to ask better questions so that we can wake up on our own.

The time to make a TV documentary varies significantly, from a few weeks for a simple, short project to several years for complex feature-length films. You'd have to agree: The Age of Disclosure was indeed an EXTREMELY complex feature-length film. Is there any wonder it took years to produce?

@UAPWatchers Friendly note that you misattributed this quote. Shellenberger quoted a senior State official saying we're headed toward a massive disclosure, not Rubio. Rubio's on camera saying other relevant things, but he hasn't said point blank "we are reverse engineering nonhuman tech."
