@euphemey @strykoza_ua FWIW, I picked up an impaired female in a very 'middle of nowhere' kind of place one NYE. Drove her about 30 minutes to where her car was. Satisfied she was sober enough to be safe. Stayed in touch for years afterward. Never saw her in person again. Just saying it does happen.
