...@Wakanowdotcom kindly refund my 3.4 million naira. On February 8, 2026, I made a payment of ₦3,399,185.00 to them for a flight (proof attached below). Due to the ongoing war, they decided to cancel the flight and sent a mail confirming this. Let’s not even forget that they stated refunds take 3 weeks, but it has been over 2 months. Whenever I call, they keep telling me I will receive it the next day or that the issue has been escalated, but nothing has changed. On the fifth of March, they said they would process the refund, and till date, they have not done so. They are no longer replying to my emails. It is already frustrating and exhausting. Wakanow, kindly refund my money. Below are proof of payment and emails.

I was to travel to Doha and made my reservation using Waka Now. The trip also included Seychelles which I handled myself using booking.com for hotel and other tours. Because of the Iran and USA war the trip was cancelled and I chose another destinations. The trip was cancelled 3 weeks before travel date. Eight days after cancellation I got full refund on everything from booking.com. This is close 2 months and all I hear is we are talking to our partners. This doesn't make sense . It should not take this long to get a refund.

I’m currently on a 23-hour transit in Istanbul with about 19 other passengers, all flying with @TurkishAirlines we booked at @Wakanowdotcom We were told that because there are “alternative flights, from Riyadh” we’re not entitled to any meal support. But this doesn’t feel right. We booked what was available to us we didn’t choose a long layover by preference, and we certainly weren’t informed of any better options at the time of booking. Now we will be stucked at the airport for almost a full day, and food here is extremely expensive. What we can afford is barely enough for a small child, let alone adults expected to wait this long. It’s honestly disheartening. A journey like this should at least come with basic care, especially considering the duration. Please look into this matter.
