@crystalski I booked a WHOLE hotel for EXCLUSIVE USE, a £50 000 booking! You BROKE THE CONTRACT and sold rooms to the public and my agent can't get a SIMPLE REPLY on whether we can move forward with our PLANNED EVENTS. 2.5 months I have waited. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!!!
