$ORKA shows P2a IL23 data that (almost) matched the IL23 knockout study. Stock rallied. $800M raise at almost $6B valuation. Similar story for $SYRE with its *OPEN LABEL* a4b7 data in UC. Both *after* already rallying >100% recently. What exactly did we learn from these readouts that wasn’t fully expected? Seriously, nothing at all. You used to have to take risks to get upside on binaries in biotech. Not in the YTE cabal! Apparently these stocks are somehow perpetually mispriced until they can show us some tiny open label trial that proves their drugs meet bars of the drugs that are already on the market. Oh you’re buying at +300% today becuase a month ago you didn’t know if a4b7 or IL23 worked? Ok, sure 👍🏻

$TMDX earnings cannot come soon enough; it is always something with this stock. Even when execution is perfect, the market finds a way to punish them.

My predictions for tomorrow’s hyperscaler earnings: • $MSFT: “We are power and compute constrained” • $META: “We are power and compute constrained” • $GOOGL: “We are power and compute constrained” • $AMZN: “We are power and compute constrained”

Is it too much to ask for $ASTS to announce batch shipment on their May 11th earnings call?

$MSFT currently at $420.69 in pre. I mean, we’re obligated at this price right?!? Earnings tomorrow. I’ll tail Burry and go long for the earnings play. Or sell puts haven’t decided which.

If I was a bull in this bull market I want to see a healthy 3 or 4 step forward and 1 step backward. A kinda zig zag way up and to the right building solid bases and foundation at each incremental levels. Right now we are seeing a 10 step forward no step backward in the semis space. Well at least as of yesterday.

@WallStAction True and they’d probably give $HIMS better economics however I still want $HIMS recommending the best option for the patient regardless of economics.

Great interview with CEO of $LLY... if you're interested in his thoughts on the GLP market size (TAM) as well as their phase-3 trial drug called Retatrutide (GLP3) then just skip ahead to the 10-minute mark youtube.com/watch?v=aN-GJT… Right now there are approx 35-40M people around the world using the FDA approved GLP1 (Semaglutide) and GLP2 (Tirzepatide). There are 1 billion people around the world that are obese (1 in 8) however I think drugs like Retatrutide (GLP3) will be micro-dosed by tens of millions of non-obese people that want a little extra help staying leaner, suppressing their appetite, burning more fat and reducing health risks ie fatty liver and bad cholesterol. Fast forward to 2030 and I think there's at least 100M+ people (around the world) using GLPs and maybe even 150M people. Right now there are drug companies working on GLP4 and GLP5... no idea if these ever see the market or what the data will look like compared to Retatrutide. I would expect GLP prices to drift lower over the next 3-5 years however it's possible the average GLP user is still spending $2000-2500 per year (with insurance covering some/most of that) which means within the next 5 years I think it's possible that GLPs are generating at least $200-250B in revenues (base case) and perhaps $300-350B in revenues (bull case) and then $400B+ in revenues (uber bull case) if prices don't come down and/or there's more than 150M global GLP users. NFA. DYOR. *We have a small position in $LLY at @FirstWaveFund and we have a bigger position in $HIMS which is now able to sell $LLY GLPs to their 3M members.

Super awesome that one of the most respected active healthcare investors, Mike Rockefeller (Co-CIO at Woodline and formerly a top Citadel PM) started a podcast interviewing healthcare CEOs. When I was a PM, I would occasionally share group meetings with Mike, and I would just sit back with a bias to let him drive - he had great relationships with his management teams and was a skillful interviewer. I often learned more listening to his interactions with $PFE and $LLY than I would have if I butted in with my more basic questions to those companies (and I took notes on how he conducted his meetings to try to get better). Mike is a unique animal in that he knew his companies as deep/deeper than many LO/Tiger style investors, and was able to monetize that knowledge in a tight risk model at Citadel for many years. It is no surprise to me that Woodline has been successful. With the beauty of the hedge fund world’s growing embrace of social/YouTube, this alpha is now available to all of us for free. I recommend you listen & follow, mandatory watching if you are a healthcare investor, and thanks for doing this Mike. First session with Dave Ricks of $LLY youtu.be/aN-GJTt1y8k?si…

@JonahLupton Not to mention the additional handful of other GLP companies in the pipeline with oral options coming in the next 12-24 months. They will likely be interested in the HIMS market place

btw, listening to this interview confirms my opinion that $HIMS having access to $LLY GLPs might be 5-10x more valuable than $HIMS having access to $NVO GLPs... because... over the next 3-5 years I think it's possible that $LLY GLPs (including Retatrutide) generates 5-10x more revenues for $HIMS than $NVO GLPs.
