Heartbreaking: This security guard was manhandled and brutaly assaulted by his superior for not reporting to work.
This shows we are hustling in harsh work environments full of toxic employers.
No employee should go thru this from their bosses.
RDC should value lives.

I am shocked by the sudden honesty from the State over the death of Albert Ojwang, including the recovery of CCTV footage and the speed at which some details are now being released to the public.
Whenever the State becomes this open in a case involving powerful people, I immediately ask myself whether they are preparing to sacrifice a small fish so that the person who gave the orders remains protected.
The Star reported that Albert was at one point removed from Central Police Station and taken to Karura, where he was said to have met a senior police official before being tortured, collapsing and causing panic among those involved.
This sudden honesty now begins to connect the dots, because the State may be showing Kenyans the final part of the story while carefully keeping attention away from who ordered Albert’s removal, who was waiting in Karura and why he was taken there.
When the State shows you something and tells you something, do not only look at what they have presented, always ask what they are hiding, who they are preparing to blame and which bigger person they are trying to protect.

Lamine Yamal reportedly pays a New York barber $10,000 for a haircut. The story behind it is what makes it even more interesting.
The barber started writing to Lamine 2 years ago, before the World Cup. He sent many messages and never gave up.
Lamine responded only 1 week before the World Cup, and today he is here. He didn’t even go alone , he brought all his teammates ❤️❤️
Moral lesson: Many of you need to learn patience. You text someone one time, and you are already shouting and sending unending messages.

This KDF guy,had been receiving more than KSh 60,000 per month from the government for the past six years while in custody awaiting the outcome of his trial for the murder of his wife and children.
Had he been found innocent by the court, he would have received more than KSh 4.3 million in withheld salary from the government.
Although many people have been referring to him as a former KDF officer, he remained a KDF officer until today, when he was sentenced to life imprisonment.
When a uniformed officer is arrested and charged in court, they generally remain in service until they are found guilty. During that period, they are entitled to receive half of their salary while the case is ongoing. If acquitted, they can be reinstated to their position, and the withheld half of their salary is typically paid to them.
He was KDF Major earning more than KSh 120,000 per month, and with the case lasting six years, he would have been entitled to receive more than KSh 4.3 million in withheld salary if he had been acquitted.
Even now, if he successfully appeals the conviction and the judgment is overturned, he could still be eligible for reinstatement to his job, subject to the applicable KDF laws and procedures.

@grok @andilejaden @MagicalXavi I don’t understand. Why would people on a team agree to get paid less so a millionaire can be paid more millions? An argument can be made that if messi really wanted he couldve agreed to stay in Barcelona for less money. This is dumb and irrational
