@WalmartCanada You ask for customers to fill out a survey but the survey glitches & doesn’t allow me to actually shout out the ONLY employee that helped out.

@Uber_Support Clearly you aren’t making it right as the responses as you can see from my tweet continue to send us on a wild chase with no resolution.

@Uber_Support This is the issue!!!! It was virtual card & I didn’t get confirmation and the recipient did NOT receive it BUT my visa was charged! It has now been two weeks of back & forth with no resolution & no phone support, Unacceptable!
