CROWN COURT JUDGE AVOIDS JAIL AFTER DOWNLOADING INDECENT IMAGES OF KIDS A senior judge has been given a community-based sentence after admitting to downloading indecent images of children, prompting renewed concern about accountability within the justice system. David Selwood, once a resident judge at Portsmouth crown court, was sentenced to a 12-month community rehabilitation order after authorities discovered dozens of illegal images on his personal computer. The material, involving boys aged between eight and 14, had been downloaded over several weeks. During sentencing, the court emphasized the seriousness of the offences, noting that such crimes contribute to the exploitation and abuse of children. While acknowledging Selwood’s previously distinguished career in both the legal profession and the military, the judge made clear that these factors did not diminish the gravity of his actions. Selwood had already resigned from his judicial post and admitted multiple charges related to the creation and possession of indecent images. His name has been placed on the sex offenders register, though the court determined that formal participation in a treatment programme was not necessary, instead recommending supervision and guidance through probation services. The case has sparked criticism from child protection advocates, who argue that Selwood’s past role in presiding over cases involving offences against children should be subject to closer scrutiny. Some campaigners have questioned whether previous judgments he delivered ought to be reviewed, given the nature of his convictions. Investigators were initially alerted after international authorities traced activity linking Selwood to an overseas website hosting illegal material. A subsequent search of his computer uncovered the images in question. In his defence, Selwood claimed he had accessed the material out of curiosity and denied any sexual interest in children. His legal representative highlighted the personal and professional consequences he has already faced, including the loss of his career and reputation. Officials involved in the investigation stressed that the case demonstrates that no individual is beyond the reach of the law, regardless of their status or position. Authorities reiterated their commitment to pursuing offences involving child exploitation and ensuring those responsible are held accountable.

This is England … A ONE year old BABY girl has been recorded as a crime suspect by police, after she inflicted 'minor injury' on another child. Along with: 6 x two year olds 11 x three year olds 20 x four year olds. Kent police say “Our focus is very much on understanding what has caused a child to become involved in crime so that this can be addressed” Send help… or an asteroid 🤡

To this date no grooming gangs have been investigated in Luton where Tommy started out! Noone would listen and they are still not listening! It is not racist to call out the mass cover ups of Muslim grooming gangs for the sake of diversity, when is it okay to ignore child abuse?

After Vickrum Digwa stabbed Henry Nowack, his family called the police to accuse Nowack of racism. The brother denied that Nowack had been stabbed, while Henry drowned in his own blood. He said Henry was drunk. He wasn't. The mother took the Sikh dagger used in the stabbing home and tried to hide it. Digwa stole Nowack's phone from the scene. On it was a recording of the conversation before the stabbing, disproving their claims of racial abuse. You do not understand these people. They do not value your life. They are a clan, who will lie, cheat, steal, and kill you to save face. They will use "Racism" like a magic spell against the authorities to avoid consequences. Our justice system has not had to account for this for over a thousand years. It shouldn't have to. These people shouldn't be here. Henry Nowack should still be alive.
Southampton Times@sotontimes

In the 999 call played in court, Digwa's brother said: "We just been attacked by someone racially. “We just got attacked racially by some white person.” He added: “Physically attacked my brother we're Sikhs, we wear turbans, and he attacked my brother." A video was shown to the jury of Mr Nowak scrambling over a fence to escape Digwa after the prosecution alleges he was stabbed. Jurors have now been shown two more videos taken in the aftermath of this. In the video Digwa and his brother accuse Mr Nowak of racially and verbally attacking Digwa. Mr Nowak can be heard denying these claims. Digwa was heard saying: "No one stabbed you bro you’re... up. You’re drunk." A second video played to the court, Digwa's father can be heard saying: "He’s pretending, a minute ago he was talking to you guys. "Now he’s trying to get up and going to leave." Throughout the second video Mr Nowak can be seen lying on the floor as Digwa's family and neighbours tell him to sit up.

Our son got a letter recently informing him if he wanted to remain on the waiting list. Asking to complete a form within 14 days. The thing is, if you don't respond they may "we may review your referral and consider discharging you back to your GP’s care" mft.nhs.uk/waiting-list-r… uhdb.nhs.uk/waiting-times/…. So, yes, this is certainly a way to get waiting list down. Because we all know 100%, letters / SMS get misplaced, your busy, and forget to response etc. etc.

The government has hit one of its key NHS targets on waiting times, with 65% of patients being treated within 18 weeks, government reported! This is the biggest improvement in NHS waiting times in 16 years, and the first time since November 2021 that more than 65% of patients were seen within 18 weeks. Source: The London Economic

This is John-Paul Marks - make him famous. He approved @AngelaRayner's ability to commit tax fraud with no consequences. HMRC First Permanent Secretary & CEO: April 2025–present; approved by Starmer. Normal Oxbridge grad in sociology stuff. Principal Private Secretary to Yvette Cooper at DWP He presumably loves illegals being brought in by RNLI because he helps give them lots of money. The sort of civil servant who needs to go.

LEGAL UPDATE On the 31st of August 2025 at a Bell Hotel protests in Epping, Essex Police ripped me from the crowd, put me in handcuffs and wrongfully arrested me for incitement to racial hatred. After spending a day in the cell I had my devices seized and I was put under investigation for two alleged offences; racially motivated criminal damage and incitement racial hatred. In December of last year these were dropped. I ended up being charged with “theft of a banner of unknown value” and attended a magistrates. I believed that I had done nothing wrong, I plead not guilty and demanded to drag the case to a Crown Court. In the meantime I started compiling evidence to prove my innocence and collected character references to show my good nature. The last half a year or so has been extremely difficult for me and my family and I want to thank everyone who has fought my corner. Getting arrested, the court case, statements made against me by a local councillor, the smears. Standing up for the people of Epping, against immeasurable odds, has paid a massive toll. However, it fills me with the upmost amount of joy and pride that I can finally announce that last week I was found NOT GUILTY. I will never stop fighting for my people. I knew I was innocent and had done the correct thing. Ultimately, I’m not sorry.
