There was no cheating. His ball went in a water hazard, and he is entitled to a drop along the path that the ball went into the hazard, no closer to the hole. There is nothing illegal about the caddie providing Trump a ball for Trump to drop. He would then have to take a one stroke penalty. The video only shows the caddie providing the ball to Trump, thus there is no proof of cheating.

WHAT I DO KNOW from reading about the case is that the man that was killed was a VERY BAD man with a LONG record of repeat offenses some of which were VERY SERIOUS and he did "at that moment in time" threaten the Police Officers life.
