Proof that Putin isn't worried about external drones attacks, he's worried about an internal uprising from Russians themselves who have been "apolitical" and sitting silently while they watched Billions of Rubles burn each day in the useless invasion they started. Putin is trying to create an information lockdown within all of Russia, starting in Moscow, but it'll spread. Will Russians finally rise up against their Government and oust Putin, stop the war, and go back to "normal." Or will they just continue to find workarounds, anything to ignore the fact that all their problems are their own doing.

С каких пор стало принято не пускать на свои сайты из других стран, что за мода на чебурнет? Не смогла сегодня записать ребёнка в бассейн, потому что не из Словакии не получается зайти на сайт, даже если включить словацкий впн. Нахера так делать?

British English since that’s our native language it’s the right way. But also things like herb or erb (American) or sweet potato or yam (American). If you are planning to visit Europe I’d go with British English as we use similar names for things as British English takes a lot from French/German.
