@Warwick_Hotels we had clients booked into San Francisco November 20 on a prepaid rate, hotel will not refund so changed dates to November 21. As clients still cannot travel surely you will now refund, this cannot be rescheduled for another year.

How the hell did @Warwick_Hotels not have washcloths at their Denver location? Your staff was rude and seemed uninterested in the needs of the clients! And I’ve never heard of a 50 dollar fee to check in early. I know you had rooms available. Will never stay there again!!

@Warwick_Hotels Now that that airport is closed for travelers, are you going to be accepting cancellations WITH refunds? Travel company says they must go by your rules so what are they? Rescheduling is not always a feasible option when having to replan child care for a week. Thx

@PatrickMeouchy We understand and remain comitted in providing the most flexibility in travel plans as possible. We have extended our cancellation policies which you will find directly on the hotel website.

@Warwick_Hotels All hotels and travel operators are fully refunding reservations except your hotel that is only allowing credit for non refundable ones, including Airbnb. This is completely unfair given the current situation and should be reconsidered!!
