I started lifting 6 months ago and since have put on almost 30 lbs and went from my max velocity being 61 MPH to 75 MPH and still climbing.

Started working out, lifting weights, about 8 months ago. Nothing over the brutal. Just basic working out in the gym 4 days a week. I put on a good deal of muscle across the chest and arms. Now my shirts are tight across the top. I ***HATE*** tight clothes. Any suggestions on a better fitting shirt? T-shirts, polo style, and button front. Need a whole new wardrobe

@MediawatchNw I want to be one of those beef cake muscle women. I started lifting late in life and I have the twitch muscle gene. It’s been the biggest battle to just to get to this point.

I have put on a lot of body fat this winter but I have also gained muscle (biceps not included) So I don’t know if I should attempt a cut or just he happy with it.

@BowTiedYukon When I first started lifting in middle school one of the strongest guys in high school took me under his wing and the first thing he said to me was: “Lose the gloves. I won’t lift with you if you wear that shit. Besides, you need to appreciate the feel of the iron”
