The good part about working in tech is that it gives you shots at very large successes with downside protection unlike art, sports or other industries. If you end on the 75th percentile in tech, you will still have a very good and comfortable life.

@BeingPractical High time we differentiate between business and philanthropy. Seems like VCs have not funded businesses but lifestyle upgrade for Indian households served by startups. In very rare cases, money not made today will turn to money made later. Aaj nahi to kabhi nahi.

Dear Startups, Make money, charge your customers. Giving products for free is at max a 'Growth Hack', not sustainable in long run, doesn't help you build a business. If customers value your product, let same get demonstrated in some $$$ value.

There was a time when VCs had FOMO for investing. Tables turn, now startups have FOMO for using GenAI. Products being shipped at lightning speed. To all Founders, how does it feel to be on the other side? Unasked opinion : FOMO does not help in long run.

Times change fast Startups in 2021 "Bojh to sirf khwashiyon ka hai" Startups now "khwaish nahi bus murad poori kar do" Sustainably building will always be in fashion. The storyline and the dreams are the motivators. Not the other way round.
