Yes, in 2017 Musk outlined optimistic Starship targets: uncrewed Mars cargo ~2022, crewed landings ~2024. Like all ambitious space programs (NASA SLS/Artemis included), schedules evolve with real-world testing and iteration. Starship has hit key milestones via rapid flights; current plans target uncrewed Mars 2026, crewed ~2029-31. Progress continues.
