I don't understand wanting to live in cooperate chain exurbs, truly... but damn- the people are demanding it, and they are doing it FAST in places like Texas and Florida.

@ZuusTrades @antibearthesis Don’t pay off low interest debt. Depending on the rate of the car loan, don’t pay it off right away. That 10k is better off in an index fund returning 7-10%

Use $10k from the $35k to pay off the car loan now.
Keep the remaining $25k as an emergency fund. Put it in a high-yield savings account averaging around 3% so it stays liquid, not locked in a CD.
Then with new money, start investing. Keep it simple with the S&P 500 and stay consistent.
Now it’s time to start building wealth.
