@aidannewsome Thanks, yeah right! Do you have other ideas I could try to make it even better?
English

@wawasensei Cool that makes sense. I was hoping this was the approach as it would be insane to think AI was capable of making things spatially coherent already without assistance.
English

@aidannewsome A mix of both. We provide the schema data and also different tools to give a clear vision to the AI with floor plans renders so it can update based on what it tried to do, and what actually happens visually.
English

@wawasensei I’m too lazy right now too look at the code. But how does it understand spatial relationships? Is that purely the AI making those decisions or has Pascal preprogrammed that? Genuinely curious.

We just hit 15,000 stars on GitHub. Let's keep building!

@jnichosro Thanks! Using nano banana. If you really want to conserve a style you can upload multiple reference images and prompt properly indicating which one to use as a style reference only
English

@wawasensei Awesome. What are you using for the renders? I’ve had trouble getting the AI to maintain the scene perfectly without changes.
I’ve forked pascal to make a campervan configurator, thanks for the inspiration
English

@gutherduarte Thank you! Very passionate about this project. It mix AI / 3D / Creativity

Try it: editor.pascal.app
We just hit 15k stars on GitHub 🤯 thank you all.

Just made Pascal's item catalog infinite. Pulling 3D objects straight out of images, live in the browser. SAM 3D Objects + Three.js + WebGPU. 👇

I love Sensei Notes, the most digest and cool newsletter with stuff mostly related to three.js

Sensei Notes #09 is out 🗞️ → @mustache_dev built a sim-racing game in the browser → @mingjyunhung dropped an infinite WebGPU world and shared the whole process → Three.js r184 🚀 🔗 buttondown.com/wawasensei/arc…

You can now use Pascal Editor with @openclaw, codex, @cursor_ai , @claudeai with MCP.
That was a big one: plugin, skill, CLI all coming soon
GPT 5.5 is killing it with barely any instruction.
Hosted API as well on to editor.pascal.app
Lots of work to do on speed and quality but I hope it unlocks some creativity!

🤯 Not some generic couch. MY EXACT STUFF.
Real photo → in 3D floor plan. 30 seconds. 🛋️ @threejs

SOMEONE JUST MADE FURNITURE CATALOG GENERATION INFINITE BY PULLING 3D OBJECTS STRAIGHT OUT OF IMAGES
Pascal is a free browser-based app for designing your own home in 3D. it ships with a fixed library of furniture, doors, and windows.
now you can grab any object from any photo and drop it into your home design.
how it works:
> point at any object in any image (a couch, a lamp, a sculpture, anything)
> it extracts that object as a real 3D model in seconds
> the model snaps directly into your Pascal scene
> all running live in the browser, no exports, no downloads, no plugins
the stack making this possible:
> SAM 3D Objects (Meta's open source image-to-3D model)
> Three.js for the rendering
> WebGPU for the speed
why this matters:
> every other home design tool locks you into their catalog (IKEA's planner, Sketchup, Roomstyler, etc)
> infinite catalog means you can build your home with the EXACT chair you saw on Pinterest
> running this in a browser tab without a server is genuinely wild
> Pascal is free and open source, so this whole workflow costs $0
the era of "catalog-limited" design tools is officially dead.
