It’s not AI. It’s just how a lot of 3D animation gets made when time and money are tight. Here’s the simple breakdown. First, that dead camera. The shots stay completely locked with zero gentle moves or breathing. Real cameras and top animation have a little life in them. This feels stuck in place. Next, the jungle is totally frozen. No leaves moving, no background action, nothing. Good studios add tiny bits of wind and life everywhere. Here it’s like a still background image. Then the birds. When one speaks, the others freeze in stiff poses. That’s limited animation. They only move what’s needed to save time. It works for budget but kills the group vibe. These choices are normal for fast Netflix 3D stuff. It’s cheaper and quicker than Pixar level work. The extra soul like overlapping motions and lively worlds takes way more months. Once you notice this stuff you see it in tons of shows. And you appreciate the ones that do add that breathing feeling. Animation is all about tricking you into thinking everything is alive. That’s why this one feels off.
