@DirectLine You have the most annoying answer phone on the planet. Want to ensure renewal DOESNT go ahead, IT asks if I an cancelling. NOT CANCELLINg AS THAT INCURS A CHARGE OF £48.00. Car insurance has gone up 50%, hence no longer wanted!!!!!! Lengthy wait on the phone too!!
