After 2-4 hard sets on a muscle group. You’re done.
Additional sets for the same muscle group produce significantly less tension AND more fatigue, making them ineffective for growth.
A solid upper workout may look like
Chest press: 2-3 sets
Biceps curls: 2-3 sets
Triceps extensions: 2-3 sets
Lateral raises: 2-3 sets
Rows: 2-3 sets
It’s really that simple.

If there was an imminent threat from Iran, Tulsi’s answer would have been: yes. It’s as simple as that. She wouldn’t have tied herself into pretzels with the ridiculous claim that only a President can determine that. She literally puts out an annual threat assessment. The plain fact is that she lied.
