CALL FOR NOMINATIONS: GAUTENG PROVINCIAL PUBLIC ENTITY BOARDS The Gauteng Department of Economic Development invites interested individuals, sector representatives, and stakeholders to submit nominations for appointment to the boards of the following provincial public entities: - Gauteng Gambling Board (in terms of the Gauteng Gambling Act, 1995) - Gauteng Liquor Board (in terms of the Gauteng Liquor Act, 2003) - Gauteng Tourism Authority (in terms of the Gauteng Tourism Act, 2001) - Gauteng Enterprise Propeller (in terms of the Gauteng Enterprise Propeller Act, 2005) These boards play a critical role in governance, regulation, and strategic oversight within their respective sectors, contributing to economic development, responsible regulation, and sustainable growth in Gauteng. Who can be nominated? Nominations are open to suitably qualified and experienced individuals with relevant expertise in areas such as governance, finance, law, tourism, entrepreneurship, industry, or socio-economic development. Individuals may nominate themselves.
