No, the transcript doesn't show a quid pro quo, and Sondland's later testimony doesn't change that. Sondland told Sen. Johnson there was a potential quid pro quo linking aid to investigations, and he later testified he came to "believe" the aid hold was connected. But Sondland admitted under oath he had no direct evidence from Trump tying security assistance to probes. Sondland asked Trump point-blank what he wanted from Ukraine. Trump replied: "I want nothing. I want no quid pro quo." Sondland’s conclusion was an inference, but Volker & Morrison pushed back on the idea of linkage. The hold on aid was bureaucratic delay over corruption concerns in Ukraine. Democrats turned diplomatic horse-trading and frustration with endless U.S. aid into an impeachable "abuse of power" because the transcript itself was too clean for their narrative. On Ruby Freeman and 2020 skepticism: It's not "naive" to note documented irregularities. Expanded mail-in rules rushed through courts (often bypassing legislatures), private funding of election offices, chain-of-custody issues and observer restrictions in key urban centers (including Atlanta's State Farm Arena late-night counting), statistical anomalies, and procedural lapses in places like Fulton County. The Freeman video looked suspicious on its face (ballots handled after observers left, alleged "suitcases"). We had unprecedented procedural changes during COVID, Big Tech/media censorship of stories like Hunter's laptop, and uneven enforcement of rules. Dems mocking anyone mentioning those problems as naive is just another red flag

Adam Schiff wasn't stupid. He knew exactly what he was doing when he classified and buried the Atkinson transcript. He knew what it would take to unbury it. ♦ The PROCESS: First, you need a republican President in the White House √. Second, you need an aligned Intelligence Community DNI √, and third you need a Republican controlled HPSCI √: [¹] • To extract the transcript the Executive would first need to understand its value. • Then the Executive would need to know where it was. • Then the Executive would need a qualified stakeholder, with appropriate clearances, to request to review the transcript in the HPSCI secure compartmented intelligence facility (scif).  • If the HPSCI approved, the Executive would be given an appointment date to read it (no notes, no copying, just reading).  • Then, after reading, the Executive stakeholder would then need to request the HPSCI Chair and Ranking Member for a classified copy.  • The Chair and Ranking Member would need to agree to the value of the sunlight on the Legislative Branch controlled information. • To get a copy the entire House Intelligence Committee would need to vote on the release to the Executive.  • The vote would need to be scheduled on the committee calendar.  • A HPSCI vote would then take place:

Journey Into The Whirlwind
@HansMahncke @grok , was it revealed at some point that General Flynn‘s defense attorneys had not provided him with exculpatory evidence of which they were aware?

The day after Flynn was fired over a false Washington Post hit piece, the New York Times rushed in with another completely fabricated story, falsely claiming Trump aides had contact with Russian intelligence. That smear wasn’t improvised in the hours after Flynn’s firing. It had been prepared in advance and timed to go out the moment Flynn was ousted, setting the Road to Mueller in motion. Leaving aside how galling it is that the New York Times is now whining that one of the main victims of their own smears is finally getting compensated, it bears emphasizing just how painstaking and meticulous the coordination between deep state operatives and the media was. All these smears were planned in advance with careful attention to both the timing and the content of each attack. Yet no one has faced consequences, and the whole operation is barely ever talked about.

Not spin. I won’t get into Ruby Freeman but the 2020 skepticism is rooted in documented irregularities. There are two competing stories about the Ukraine impeachment. I know the claims and the documented facts on both sides. The UK frozen assets arguably show Shokin was protecting Burisma/Zlochevsky rather than pursuing them. Shokin was a flawed prosecutor. But his office secured court-ordered seizures of Zlochevsky's assets in February 2016. Hunter’s business partner called Shokin a threat to Burisma because of the asset seizures. Devin Archer testified that Burisma execs were pressuring Hunter to “call D.C.” for help on the “pressure” from the investigations. Neither side of the story is relevant to the call transcript. Firing a prosecutor while your son cashes checks looks bad, so it was Trump’s responsibility to make sure it was looked into

WOW 🚨 Tom Fitton announces Judicial Watch has uncovered roughly 1.9 million secret anti-Donald Trump and lawfare records hidden in an FBI room by the Biden Admin The files include information about James Comey, the Jack Smith scandal, and other Trump investigations Buckle up! “We put in a Freedom of Information Act request — the FBI stalled and stalled and stalled. But they finally confirmed to Judicial watch. Yes, there are files there, and not only there files, but there are a lot of files. One point upwards of 1.9 million records have been found in that secret room that Dan Bongino disclosed”

I talked with a friend today about my prosecution for J6 misdemeanors. He didn't know the FBI used a screenshot from my video of protesters fist-bumping a Capitol Police officers in my Statement of Facts. He didn't know I saw no violence or that this was brought up repeatedly in my bench trial and that I was sentenced to prison anyway. J6ers, we need to keep telling our stories.

@justincase_dfw @TheLastRefuge2 That’s just spin. It ignores all the facts. Shokin wasn’t prosecuting corruption - getting rid of him made it more likely that Burisma would face consequences. Shokin was the one protecting Burisma’s money from the UK. What next, Ruby Freeman? How long is your list of BS?

I’m serious. Biden’s gaffe combined with the "fortified" election narrative from Time magazine, describing a "cabal" of elites, fueled suspicion that his cognitive decline might’ve caused him to inadvertently tell the truth Biden bragged about withholding the billion on camera at a Council on Foreign Relations event in 2018. He told Ukrainian leaders: “I'm leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor (Shokin) is not fired, you're not getting the money. Well, son of a bitch. He got fired” The timing looks bad: Hunter joined Burisma's board in 2014 (paid up to ~$50k–$83k/month despite no energy expertise), while Joe was Obama's point man on Ukraine. Investigators (and Devon Archer's testimony) said Shokin's office took actions against Burisma assets. Seizures of property, etc. Hunter's partner testified that Shokin was considered a threat to Burisma. Maybe Shokin was actually ineffective or corrupt. That’s the narrative pushed by the EU, IMF, World Bank, etc. But that doesn't erase the optics. The Vice President was leveraging taxpayer-backed aid to fire the guy overseeing a probe into the company paying his son. It screams influence peddling, especially since Hunter's Burisma gig ended when Joe left office. Trump wanted it investigated because Americans deserved to know if foreign policy was bent to protect family grift. That's why the transcript focused on "Biden and his son." The Ukraine call was about accountability for potential corruption. The transcript shows requests, not extortion. If that's impeachable, Biden's bragging was too.

If investigating Biden-Ukraine sleaze is impeachable, every president who ever asked for help on corruption should be in jail. Presidents are expected to ask allies to probe corruption affecting U.S. interests and taxpayer dollars. Zelensky opened the call by thanking Trump for military aid, including the Javelins Obama refused to send. Trump responded by noting Ukraine's been screwed by Europe on defense while the U.S. picks up the tab. Then Trump asks for a favor: investigate two legitimate issues that hurt America. One was Crowdstrike and the DNC server (the 2016 election interference Ukraine was allegedly involved in). The other was Joe’s on camera brag about withholding $1 BILLION in U.S. aid to fire the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma, the gas company that inexplicably put Hunter Biden (zero energy experience) on its board for $50k+/month while Joe was the Obama admin's point man on Ukraine. Textbook conflict of interest. Trump suggested Zelensky's team talk to Rudy Giuliani because the DOJ and State Department bureaucracy had dragged its feet on this for years under Obama/Biden. Rudy was the President's authorized investigator on Ukraine corruption. No aid was conditioned. Trump never said “investigate Biden or no Javelins.” Zelensky got the aid and publicly said multiple times that there was zero pressure. Trump wasn’t “getting dirt on a rival.” He was exposing how the Biden family treated Ukraine like a personal ATM while Joe weaponized U.S. foreign policy to protect his son. The Ukraine call impeachment was a partisan hoax just like Russia collusion.

Good news. After all these years, we’re finally going to see the Michael Atkinson transcript. Remember, he was the phony Inspector General who turned his own office’s rules upside down and then covered it up to get the Ukraine impeachment hoax rolling. It will be interesting to see what he said under oath about his role in all of that. As an aside, that whole episode is a walk down memory lane to pre-slop Twitter, when there was an amazing community effort that uncovered his dishonesty. @MZHemingway, @ProfMJCleveland, @ClimateAudit and so many others dug into how he had altered the “whistleblower” form to match what was needed and then deleted the evidence, some of which was still buried in archives. Such a nice memory of people coming together on this site to uncover shocking corruption in real time.

Eric CIAramella’s Dirty Whistle
If Rep. Goldman knew Eric CIAramella lied in his whistleblower complaint, he should resign from Congress or at the very least be impeached. Goldman conspired w Schiff and a fake Whistleblower to remove someone they didn’t like from power. That’s a coup.

🚨 IG Atkinson Testimony Out Soon 🚨 Watch the whole thing: “The Inspector General’s Testimony confirms the following; the whistleblower made statements to the Inspector General under penalty of perjury that WERE NOT TRUE AND CORRECT.” Especially lying about contact with Schiff and his team. I would love a to blame the withholding of the Atkinson report squarely on Schiff, but Republicans have had the House for over a year. This should have been a day one release. Day 2 should have been Russiagate reports and attributions done by DARPA/GTech.
